Course Overview
Coaching is a confidential one-to-one relationship in which an individual uses the skills of a coach to work through issues, in line with their goals, in a structured way to find an outcome or solution.
“Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them”. Timothy Gallwey (1975).

The individual uses the skills of a coach to work through issues, in line with their goals, in a structured way to find an outcome or solution.
Successful coaching relies on the motivation of the individual to achieve their own goals and aspirations.
