| e-Pain is a multidisciplinary e-learning programme developed jointly by the Faculty of Pain Medicine of the Royal College of Anaesthetists and the British Pain Society. The programme is designed to improve the knowledge, skills and attitudes of all NHS staff dealing with patients who have acute or chronic pain. Module 1 of e-Pain provides an overview and introduction for non-specialists to the topic of Pain Management. |

| The target audience for e-PAIN is a broad audience of 'healthcare professionals'. This includes doctors but also encompasses nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, pharmacists and any other healthcare professionals who may become involved in pain management. |
