This taster session will look at the relationship between what we eat and our mental wellbeing.

Objectives
There will be a strong practical element to this session, with opportunities to prepare food using the skills learnt during the workshop. Learn which foods can boost your mood, and physical wellbeing, and which foods may have a more negative impact. Also, taste some healthy snacks along the way!

Our courses are currently open to all people who are over 18 and residing within South Staffordshire and Shropshire.

Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The next step will be to arrange a one-to-one interview to discuss what you would like to gain from the college and your learning requirements, and together complete an Individual Learning Plan.
